I have very high DHT, unfortunately my hair is extremely sensitive to it and I have to take finasteride to stop the hairloss.

I'd argue that even at 60% lower than the average persons's DHT levels, I'm still around a deviation of average probably lower though. With, of course, very high sensitivity.

I used to be able to cumshot insanely far pre fin. Now I barely cumshot at all, cum pretty much seeps out and is much clearer. That urge to just wanna dominate and impregnate a woman is just not there anymore.

DHT is an anti-inflammatory androgen, the scalp gets chronic inflammation, so the body "sends" DHT to fixed, but it never fixes so it gets accumulated there, which leads to fibrosis + calcification (along with an unbalance of the calcification regulators). Fibrosis and calcification indeed cuts the blood flow, so your hair doesn't get any oxygen nor nutrients.

DHT sensitivity is just a lazy as response.

In fact, there are a few studies that corroborate with that, balding scalp has less oxygen supply, has more fibrosis, is more calcified...
