Chadlite after surgery (and hairmax)

I am 16 years old atm, 6'3 with 20,5 bidelt. If facially ill reach chadlite after surgery is debatable, but overall i will. The second i get the money to get either lefort 1 with custom implants or bimax with possibly a rhino, i will proceed to go through with the surgery. Additionally i will max out every aspect of myself physically and mentally (e.g. getting rid of my mustach, fixing skin, hair, maxing out on knowledge, getting life advice, career, etc...). Afterwards i will live my life in peace.

Can’t really say much if u would reach cl after surgery cause ur pics are really frauded and I can’t see anything of ur front profile, but hey sounds like a good plan
