The key separation in my mind between HTN and Chadlite is basically the reactions

HTN is a handsome, get better treatment, someone like Kinobody

But when you reach chadlite+ level, people start viewing you as a person, and women are shocked/frozen, can barely speak, even other men give you the raised eyebrows as in holy fuck, people stop seeing the person and view you as non-human and put you on a pedestal, men randomly hostile like trying to outlift you in the gym
