Chads should not be in a workplace where it's predominantly unattractive men. Even if you get the job, they'll try to pin the blame on you and force you out

Not at all.
That probably explains it... I've only had positive experiences with gl or formerly gl women (7+ irl scale). Other chads/chadlites show respect. Everyone else just hates and wants to see you fail
This is true. When you are Chad a lot of people don't like you all that much. The only times I am treated like a human is from cute attractive girls nowadays. It just fucks with my brain so much, it always used to be the opposite tbh.
