Had a good upbringing, both parents together, well-off family, good education, lots of friends in school, 2 year relationship when I was 15 so had that teenage love experience as well.
Get rated HTN+/chadlite here on the forum, just started a new course and get positive reinforcement from guys and girls in interactions but yet im so high inhib I can barely talk to them. A girl was sat next to me on the PCs today and put her hand over mine on my mouse jfl. when I had to introduce myself to the class I was psychically shaking, sweating and could barely breathe/talk.
What can I do? its seriously ruining my life.
