It often migrates, and I assume you are talking about tear trough filler. It’s only really helpful if you have really shit under eye support and permanent eye bags. You kind of have to get catho if you want the permanent hunter eyes.

it’s not about jaw growth, my mandible is and always was well developed. It’s about the placement of the mandible, and in a severe overbite, the mandible is set very far back (mine was so bad that my ramus was damn reverse set into my neck. The Forsus pulls your mandible foward until it is permanently set in the right position. If I hadn’t gotten it fixed, my mandible probably would’ve developed wrong and more downgrown
Forsus appliance literally cannot cook you lmao, if your problem is severe class II malocclusion, the only thing that can cook you are elastics or unnecessary extractions, elastics are only meant for short term use to fix less severe overbites. The appliances do their job fine at fixing the severe ones. Sure I’m genetics, but overbite isn’t a genetic problem, it’s environmentally developed in one’s early years. My mandible was always there, but it was just set very far back and I had developed slight maxillary prognathism (which the Forsus corrected aswell) — and don’t sleep on softmaxxing, I mewed/hard mewed 24/7 every day throught the moment I got that thing on to this very day, proper tongue posture is law
Depends on what you’re looking to achieve. For a more squared look, you want to inject left and right of the center and build your way out to the corners. You want to inject directly onto the bone and squeeze/slim out the product to mold its shape (create angularity and projection) — if you want more of a round shape (avoid pointyness looks like shit) you can inject the majority of the product into the center of the chin and then inject smaller quantities to the left and right of it to balance it out.
Unfortunately, elastics didn't help me at all at the age of 13. I still have a sunken lower jaw and a small chin.
