U need the genetics to become chad, however the habits are also essential. Most chads don’t work to be a chad, but that’s just because they got lucky and picked up the necessary habits to develop properly without actively trying to pick up the habits. If you mouth breath, are malnourished and never do anything apart from sit online you can’t become chad even if you have the genetic potential. Like I said, most chads had the genes but also got lucky with the habits, they didn’t work for it atleast knowingly. I bet there are a lot of fat and malformed ppl out there who actually had the genetic potential to be chad, they just fucked themselfs during development due to bad upbringing, brutal
