Not to sound egotistical, but life is a bit less stressful because you dont have to worry about your looks. You can actually see you re htn in everyday life, not because you feed yourself delususions, but because of reality

But life is not just all about looks, i need to do so much more, like building a business or becoming hella athletic. I dont think you re fully satisfied with what you achieved, even as htn, because there s always something to improve
