To be fair that image was a post mortem image, since he was dead and lying down. In real life his maxilla would be pushed slightly more forward and wouldn't look that bloated.

Here I asked AI to push his maxilla forward and remove the facial bloat as I told it was a post mortem facial reconstruction.

This is more likely what he might have looked like while alive.
