Saved up a good amount of money and will get blepharoplasty, browplasty and detachment of the frontalis muscle if my time schedule allows for it then (won't be leaving the house when I'm all swollen up).
All of these things will hopefully be performed together in one combined procedure.
My goals are to fix droopy upper eyelid skin, improve symmetry and - most importantly - to lower my eyebrows laterally and permanently.
Depending on the results, I might still save for an eyebrow transplant and also get lower eyelid retraction and canthoplasty.
