I think you should just do upper with a weekly lower day. and the lower shouldnt have any heavy movements like RDL, squat, Leg press etc.Would an upper/lower split be good?
the worst thing you could do is fall into gymceling ie you try getting lean by cutting calories and stay in the gym for 2h a day
my leg day is just sprints, pistol squats to failure, some light leg extension and hamstring curls
the upper days should be weighted dips and pull ups followed by row and shoulder press (barbell or dumbbell or machine) lastly arm isolation and lateral raises
