Change My Mind: Exercising is unhealthy

All of the healthy old people i know irl were physically active. Either by exercise or work. Meanwhile unactive people either get fat, or they are so weak that they csnt even lift 10kg from the floor.

I know dude in his 70s that works construction. He worked his ass off since he was a small child. His skin is aged of course because of years of sun exposure but his fit and especially STRONG af. What 70yo can work physically 50 hoursa week and then go to his mothers farmon weekends and work there? Oh and he also has like 100+ pigeons which he has to take care off, including cleaning which he does after work. I would fucking colapse.

People were not meant to exercise? Of course. There was no need for "exercise" when u had to walk many kms to find animals, kill them and bring food back. Thats the "exercise" that we had.

Things like loss of bone density can be slowed down by resistant training, the better your cardio is, the risk of any cardio vascular dieasese goes down by a mile.

I wont even mention that life is miserable when u are skinny, weak, gass out after going upstairs etc. Just like this old guy i mentioned, he can live his life even in his 70s (including getting drunk every weekend). If u want to be 40 wtih back problems and ED, sure, stay on your ass.

Grip strength peaks at 50-60 I heard, Boomer strength/old man strength no joke ngl. Also are you expert on roids ?
Im not an expert on roids, unless u consider someone that watched a few dereks videos an expert. As far as his grip strenght, hes also like 5'7 with solid 8 inch (maybe even bigger) wrists and huge hands.

While I agree that the stress from exercising does age you

Stuff like this disproves the idea that humans didn't do endurance running in nature


So one small cherry picked exception where the literal survival is based in Africa determines all humans did endurance running ? Also historians and scientists have literally theories on it that are not based off facts.

Currently i'm 17 years old been natty lifting for 3-4 months, i plan to natty lift for like 2-3 years before i hope on steroids. I may take 400mg of test, 100mg of anadrol, and 10mg of EQ is this a good stack ?

If i was u i would just focus on maxing out your training diet and recovery before thinking about roids. But if u want to hop on, just use test, no need for multiple compounds at the start

Ok, will do 500mg, then when i get more experienced ill do some stacks to get big as possible (Like nick walker tier big)
 
unless you take it to Hafthor Bjornsson level of intensity and stress then yes but if not then it won't cause any significant bullshit aging effect beacuse muhhh prolactin and cortisol plus Muscle mass maintenance is linked to longevity

You need the genetics to lift weights and train
Skinny ecto will age faster because he is not meant to lift heavy weights like a line backer type body would

definitely can be, fitness is a big cope. Everything in life is 95% genetics chad exercises while smashing your oneitis. You can enjoy sports and lifting tho, which is fine, i think it should be mandatory for a man to be strong and trained in combat even if it is detrimental to your health to a certain degree

they use spears and traps, they avoid runnign as much as possible, theyre only running so they can get near the animals and throw the spears

everything that exercises your body is stressful, if you are not able to do it its stressfull, overtraining is just more stressful than not overtraining

it's all about fine tuning and balancing the pros and cons of each action and by taking the benefits and downsides of the discussed matter, exercising will always be superior to not exercising

maybe with an alarm and when you are sick and cant rest properly, but thats not supposed to happen.

what I'm saying is that cortisol raise is inevitable and you have to find ways to hinder it as much as possible. Not exercising is a bad way of doing it though as the benefits outnumber the downsides
