If you saw this then you know what i’m talking about but if you didn’t and if you aren’t 18-21 yet this could possibly help you.
What is he trying to say? Cook your meat until it’s rubber and don’t eat from fucking restaurants anymore. You can survive 3-5 years of not eating soft foods once your bones are fully developed.

I'm glad my parents, well mom and grandma technically.
Thankfully didn't feed me soft shit sugary food from jars. Instead i got food like nuts, potatoes, meat and hardish vegetables from a young age

Idk what it's called lol. It's somewhat regular diet here in my country (The Netherlands) however i did grow up in a less big city area, i live about 10 minutes away from the beach.

Well, considering that we have an entirely different diet, your best bet is to chew 2 pieces of gum (depending on size and sugar free) for 4 hours a day as he said, and you should look into an expander and not braces or invisalign since crooked teeth is all about space
 
there's no way this has becoming a heritable trait, genes don't change much without there being a selection at work. if what he's saying about fetuses is true, then the problem must lie in the mother's doing.

His only example was a steak or a carrot, and a diet of those 500 years ago which consisted of nuts, hard meat, anything hard to chew

I just realized I had the same exact thing as he used for both upper and lower from 6th to 9th grade and it greatly benefited me. My friend who had braces have to get them again. at least i’m able to educate myself when i have kids

nothing new, often talked about but always ignored because no one cares. Only for surgeries and drugs

if it would be that easy, then most problems of the modern world would be solved. Main problem is, that elite/the agenda/big markets actively try to make it harder for us and forget what really is good (or intended to be).
There are way too many factors and a perfect diet is individual for most people due to different circumstances (bacterias, state of health, genes, enzymas, hormones and whatever).

First main question may be: Do you want to utilize processed food or not ?
Second: How much money do you have available
Third: PUFAs or against PUFAs

other question would be how good your TMJ's are and if you can eat regular hard diet
considering that humans today probably have weak TMJs due to us typically eating soft foods, not so much. They said humans chewed hard food for 4 hours but that would kill a persons joints today. I’ve chewed rubber meat since I was 10 so i think i’m fine
