In a recent study among 40 patients operated on orthognathic surgery, 37% said their nose was better after the operation, 58% did not notice changes in their nose and only two patients (5%) thought that their nose was worse than before your surgery.

should i be worried about how bimax will change nose from the front profile? i hear it's good in terms of the nose from the side but mine is already fine from the side, it's the front that's more problematic and I hear it's a bit more tricky in that regard.

in all honesty if you have a recession problem, you will be miles better even if your nose gets worse from the front
then you could get a rhino or something after the procedure (or during)
