this is such horrible cope. like this is so crazy dumb. hes saying the more healthy you are you will be blue and then less healthy your gonna be dark. as a LEGIT a10 eyed guy, my eye color has never changed and I have been the most unhealthy dude known to man for a period of time

I think MSM and maybe Glutathione work but it’ll only get a few shades lighter at most. Still not bad at all, and MSM is really good for skin and hair regardless
