Changing faceshape

I have an inverter triangle faceshape, so my forehead is the widest part of my face.
Would zygo implants and gonial implants give it the illusion of a more diamond face shape?

I said that they were only a few mm wider, it's almost not noticable. It's a characteristic of the inverted triangle face shape, zygos are equal to forehead width

Ideally Zygos should be the widest part of your face. But not extremely wide.
