Anyone done this?

There's a F45 gym/orange theory near me. Idk who the target demographic is but I feel like boomers and hyper NTs are likely to enter into these group workout type gyms

Anyone got any info? Are they worth

Always workout near old men 😻😻😻🤙🤙🤙 coz I can't stand the younger generation 😹😹😹🤙🤙. Can't even finish a set without looking at the phone for like ,5 times whereas old men don't even use the phone and focus on their workout and youl feel bad kinda opening your mobile phone . Less distraction= more range of motion = more muscle contraction= more gains 😻😻😻😎😎😎🤙🤙🤙🤙

A gym without women is ideal. 90℅ of women don't do anything useful in the gym anyway. Everything is goal-oriented for them to attract a chad

Generally the earlier you go to the gym the older the crowd is.
There are also sliver sneakers, I think you get discounted or free membership to silver sneakers as part of Medicare Ins. (65+)
You will never be this:

Do you workout alone or in group with other boomers?
Alone. Now I feel sad. Fuck you!!

tbh, I rarely see people men over about 30 working out in groups. Even couples that come and go together workout separately. Except couples that recently joined the gym, apparently one or both is too intimidated to workout alone.

Idk but when I checked for gyms in most cities, they’re moving more toward having group sessions with a trainer, focusing on cardio strength and other shit. It’s all a big ploy to extract money from dumb boomers, but it does help lose fat.

That seems to be the rising trend as compared to private on-your-own gyms like planet fitness, anytime, etc. etc.
