Changing my job kinda cucked me

I went from being physically active doing 30k steps per day to working a corporate job sitting on my ass the whole day . I feel like i kinda descended since i started my new job .

not even that much i have no time to eat quality lunch so i probably eat less calories than before

I get it, I used to walk from work to uni each day + from building to building and I’d have around 5km walked each day + sunlight but after finishing Uni and going to remote with my job those things went away…
