Changing my sleep schedule is the worst thing I have to undergo.

Because of work I have to again stay up late to change my sleep schedule. It is unhealthy. It increases appetite and it doesn't do good for muscle growth. I can't do anything productive while I'm too tired. I will probably play CS and drink coffee and post here to stay up. I don't enjoy playing CS anymore, but I have to do something to stay up.

Beer would make me stay up late, but I can't be drunk or hangover tomorrow.

Non-alcoholic beer is good but has calories too.
