All you need, is to be charismatic - the "over the top kind" and "flattering" kind. If you know how to make people like you, THEY WILL, unless obviously you're a subhuman.

I don't consider myself good looking, but everyone i know has a good impression of me purely from my charismatic personality. Parents of friends/girlfriends love me, friends of other friends also grow a fond of me. Literally a cheat code.
