Who moggs? Is the 10k increased cost with Dr. Safi worth it? Anyone went to Charite?

It depends what you want. What I have seen from Safi is very extrem. Some people really love it because they give people an anteface. However some other people claim that his advacments are insane/ schizo and completly overprojected.

You also have to consider that safi is very new and there are other surgeons that can give you same results for the same or less of the price

My parents will support me if I do surgery with a german speaking surgeon. Thats why those are basically my only true options. Sadly I have never seen a result from someone who went to Charite..

I only know the one case of him of the user who posts here.. Looks really good ngl. I also like the idea of Safi offering ramus widening to balance everything out cuz I won't need much of it and would prefer to avoid jaw angle implants

Mit Safi habe ich in ein paar Tagen eine online consultation. Ich denke von dem was ich hier gelesen und gehört habe, dass er schon der beste Schweizer surgeon ist. Sailer ist im Ruhestand, und Brusco naja sagen wir haben nix gutes gehört.

In all of my years that I've been shackled to this forum I've only once heard of a guy going to a regular hospital for DJS in Germany, Switzerland or Austria.

Regarding Dr. Safi:
I've met Safi at Sailerclinic in 2022, back then he still was Prof. Sailer's apprentice handling some cases for him and doing consultations with patients. My impression was that he was very "blackpilled". He even said that he could understand if somebody was to get surgery just for his dating life, which to be honest was shocking to hear out of the mouth of a surgeon as they tend do be very politically correct regarding the whole subjective/objective beauty topic. He really liked to flex his CV which after reading it was absolutely understandable. From what I know he even performs high cut LF1 which some surgeons frequently discussed about on this forum refuse to do which is another plus in my book as I like surgeons that are confident in their ability and are willing to do what has to be done in order to achieve maximum aesthetics.

I don't think that Safi or anyone else is the "best" surgeon that can deliver the best results for everyone - but thank god there are many other options in Germany and Switzerland. But for a specific type of person and case I think Safi is the best, and If one was to get surgery planned by @RealSurgerymax and then get the surgery at Craniologicum I could confidently say that this might be the best deal most users could get here right now as this is the closest thing to a full face makeover we have right now.
