Laws are norms that are set by animals at an higher hierarchy, your definition of these words don’t make sense whatsoever and don’t relate to my claim. If a social animal breaks a norm they get shunned from that group

You aren’t a lone wolf, ancient humans survived because we lived in groups. Those groups had laws everybody had to follow and had to do their duty to contribute to the group survival, there was most likely a group leader.
