I don’t know how bad is if but if your hair is not exceeding over NW2 then you can stop the hair loss with RU, dut and maybe topical minoxidil

Started fin in feb 2023, but was on stupidly low doses, and had a 2 month break, until 10 months ago. Been on 1 mg a day since then. Added 0.5 mg dut 3 months ago. Stayed on fin because I’ve heard a small number of people may not respond to dut. Started RU yesterday

I wouldn’t wait if I were you. I kind of regret not starting properly earlier, but idk exactly if it cost me, and it is what it is

I’m gonna throw the kitchen sink at it to try and regrow. Could just get a transplant, but I think regrowth leads to a better/more natural result. Takes more patience tho. If I get no regrowth, or start oral min and get bloated, I’ll probs just commit to a small transplant
