My bite is unfortunately perfectly aligned so theres no point in doing something with the mandible or maxilla. I i were to move them forward it would look the same just further

It would look more balanced but if bite is aligned a bsso would butcher you either bimax or genioplasty but to be honest genioplasty is way better here

Yeah bimax + Genioplasty would probably look even better but its mad expensive and i think i can get good results with just genioplasty

It’s mostly the downtime you should be worried about lmao it’s absurd but yes if you do end up doing the genioplasty it’s genuinely a high roi for you
