Chat GPT sucks I need a deficit plan ASAP

If anyone wants to i need a deficit plan thats around 1500 calories i workout 2-3 times a week and need it to be high in protein. i have access to most food and im not a picky eater so ill eat anything. I also need to debloat so lots of potassium would benefit me a lot.
 
one meal in a day
red meat 200-250gm, chicken 200-250gm, use animal brain/coconut oil/animals fats for fats
drink coconut water for electrolytes
caffeine in morning for appetite suppression
bone broth for collagen and electrolytes
liver for appetite
eat avocado + sweet potato combo once a week for 4000mg potassium every day

occasionally consume dairy like once every one or two weeks

bro juste find low cal foods that you like on google or even some recipe on tt.
but you can it what you want, just need to count them and exercise be in a deficit is easy if you have some discipline
