No idea where you got the term MTL, never heard it myself.
Stop worrying about what a MTN is in terms of ratings, it's arbitrary for the most anyway. Not sure what a 6.10 is either, isn't that just a 7?

6.1 / 6.5 ratings are a little inconsistent people rate /10 very inconsistently.
I would probably say its like 4.5PSL, so still around MTN (High MTN or whatever people call it.)

1 to 4 consider below 5 avrage anything above 5 is considered above average liek 6 or 7 after 7 is model tire

I dont know what you look like, There not really comparable.
A normie /10 isnt really equivalent to a PSL rating as they judge different things.
Normal /10 aren't very specific so to convert from /10 to MTN/... etc. isn't a good idea.
But If I had too, if you get rated 6.5 consistently you're probably around MTN maybe MTN+.
