if you give it the right resources and commands yeah it can be a useful tool to plan stuff out

No, it will tell you to eat goyslop, if you eat mainly grass-fed beef/lamb, raw dairy and low heavy-metal fish it is a superior diet to whatever dogshit an AI will tell you to eat.

Idk tho it told me to eat exactly those things tho. I told it to optimise it for Looksmaxxing and it acctually gave kind of a good diet i guess but im just to lazy to find out what im gonna cook for the week for 1500cals

Nigga search a balanced diet, if you have a deficiency no amount of meat will solve it, so you better check a doctor and solve it

That's wrong, plants don't contain essential fat-soluble vitamins and amino acids that meat has

I know but depending on where you live i guess. I live a long way away from the coast so its hard to get good quality oysters but liver and heart should be a little easier for most people

Vitamin C, K1, E, B9 aswell as pretty much no Magnesium, Calcium and potasssium
You don't need vitamin C if you aren't eating large amounts of carbs. Vitamin K1 is less good than vitamin K2 which is found in animal products. Vitamin E isn't some mega vital vitamin and on an ideal carnivore diet you will get around 8-10mg vitamin E which isn't a deficiency. Calcium and potassium is found in kefir and milk in ideal amounts. For magnesium from my diet calculations you will get around 400mg with a balanced carnivore diet.

Basically: None of these are actually concerns.
