A lot of the stuff I see on here I send the information to ChatGPT and ask it what it thinks. For Looksmaxing stuff, is ChatGPT actually reliable and should I trust what it says about possible dangers and stuff or should I just ignore it and trust what the post is saying?

dont trust everything it says, always do research on the side but for quick summaries/answers that arent too complicated its good enough
