No because your talking about the skull while only the temples are filled. The zygoma is still the same so you still have the same width from the front jfl and were not even talking about the upper or back side. It also looks so fucking trash like a balloon thats about to pop

Maybe its because my problem is temples And its way more common and easy to augment your zygo width; implants, zso, fillers.

And by the baloon if you mean other fat grafting results debetable but if you meant this looks like baloon you are coping.

And skull deformity is most appearent from front so who cares sides.
