my ma did used to make a really nice one proper recipe with some sorta homemade cheesy sauce
I dont got a clue how she made it tho
Also if ur doing my recipe u gotta have it with tube pasta maybe twist

Beans and rice mogs tbh and is cheap and really easy to make. Chicken and rice if that's more appealing

Rotesserie chicken from the store
Pasta

Personally I eat beans and rice the most. I tend to add spinach or kale to it.

Also add a sweet potato on the side to any of these for beta carotene and vitamins

Not a complete list at all just some really cheap and easy things you can make under 10
