The constant exposure to porn, endless music, TikTok, and similar distractions is killing my motivation. I remember from a recent vacation, I was pretty much the same as I am now, isolated and unmotivated. When I visited my cousin's house, I barely said anything to them unless I absolutely had to, and I thought, this is it. It’s just over for me.
But a week later, I visited an old friend’s house and had a great time. The conversations were engaging and enjoyable. It made me realize I am a normal guy—or at least, I have the potential to be normal. I just haven’t changed because I lack the desire to. All this cheap dopamine is suppressing my desire to change, and I end up just LDAR
