Something I haven't really come across (weirdly considering most of us are mid-late teens), is the amount of MONEY a decent diet costs.

Does anyone here have cheap diet meals for framemaxxing? looking to surplus my physique cheaply.

raw organs i get 1kg of liver for 12 bucks

Framemaxxing through your diet is a pretty weird concept ngl, the best you can do is eat a nutritious diet which gets you all of your nutritional requirements and keeps you relatively healthy, eating specific foods will not "framemaxx" you like that. That's the job of hormones to do, so either you live a healthy lifestyle yo make sure your hormonal health is in order, or you use steroids.

If you're looking a cheap diet that gets you all of your nutritional needs for the day, this diet is about 9 dollars/day.
Meal 1: 6 eggs, 1 oz cheese, 3 oz spinach, 1 glass of milk, 1 oz almonds
Meal 2: 1/2 lb beef, 1 oz cheese, rice (as much as you want, cheap af)
Meal 3: 1/2 lb CANNED salmon, 10 oz potatoes, 3 oz broccoli

That gets you 100% of your RDA for every single vitamin and nutrient and it's less than 300 dollars a month, about 250, adjust according to your needs

Yeah what i meant is a cheap diet that gets my nutritional needs

6 eggs are a bit expensive & a trip to the store every 2 days for new eggs.

and spinach genuinely makes me puke. any alternatives for the 2?

Well if you buy a 12 dozen carton of the cheapest eggs, 6 eggs is like 2 dollars, at least where I live, if it's a lot, then you can easily reduce that to 3 or 4, but you should get eggs in.

Alternatives for spinach? That's gonna be a tough one to beat, first, spinach when it's boiled and cooking into eggs? Tastes like nothing, I actually like the mild taste. If you don't like the taste of raw spinach? Then that's understandable, but I'd suggest you try it like that. If you have and even then you don't like it, then I guess an orange, couple kiwis, avocados or olive oil and adding a bit more cheese.

What the spinach mainly adds if vitamin E, K1 and Calcium, if you can find something to replace that then you're safe, I would personally do kiwis, add more dairy and cook with olive oil

Dude. it's $10 where i live for a 12 dozen carton of eggs.

I will try boiling spinach though, i've only ever eaten it raw out of a can, and it was fucking brutal.

But really the eggs are the problem.

10 eggs are 2euro
