Teeth
debut post don't be too hard on me man...
To get pearly whites that look professionally done at home we must employ a simple protocol that is money efficient. To achieve this we must first understand the structure of the teeth, the enamel is the hard outer layer of the tooth, this layer is usually white, but dentin which appears yellow is what we need to target. Carbamide Peroxide penetrates the enamel to achieve this.
Use Carbamide Peroxide Gel + Moldable Teeth Trays to achieve this($30 total)
Carbamide Peroxide is a chemical that eventually releases Hydrogen Peroxide, the formulation I am getting is equal to ~15%. Carbamide Peroxide releases slower and is more maintainable over a long term. This method is ideal because the custom fitted tray allows for precise absorption and reduces risk of unwanted gum exposure. This whole protocol only cost ~$50 bucks.

- First to have the custom fitted mold for my teeth, I will need to set them by…
- Get a pot with boiling water
- Place in mouth(when cool but soft) and bite down
- Suction out any air
- Repeat for upper and lower trays
- Trim edges if needed
- Apply the Carbamide Peroxide Gel and apply it to each tooth on the tray
- Place the Tray into the mouth, leaving it in for 20 mins increasing incrementally every other session(upto to 30 min)
