Anyone have any recommendations on a country to go to for cheaper but still high quality facial surgery? I’m thinking of getting a bimax or a lefort. I’m saving money but most surgeons charge an arm and a leg in the states.

It's not advisable. It's better to look at a surgeon's previous work and see if they meet your expectations, and then spend what you need to spend. Never spend less in that types of things.
