Made this in 1 minute:
Two plastic foam pipes (you can use more) bent inward (like a U shape) then tied togther with solder wire, roll layers of tape on it to make it tighter and less flexible if you want, works wonders especially with Nike air force or any other large/chunky soles shoes. Best thing about these lifts is that they're small so you can easily wear them under socks and hide them completely.

I already have shoe lifts, and I stopped wearing them. I just made this out of boredom and I didn't expect it work. And actually these might be better than real shoe lifts because they're easy to hide in socks.
