thinking of cutting to 10%bf aggressively and last time i did a cut, last year i genuinely was dying because of how hungry i felt non stop even tho i was eating like 1800 calories daily

hmm i’m against nicotine completely
however, caffeine doesn’t do anything for my appetite either.
Working w my dad as a labourer, I can have 2 500ml redbulls (300mg caffeine) after breakfast and be literally so hungry not even 2 hours later

Nigga the vast majority of people consume caffeine every day already, so how is it supposed to help when you already have a tolerance?

I use like 300mg daily
i’m not even addicted aswell, only use it in morning and before gym for placebo or whatever effects, i feel like it doesn’t do jackshit
