Im pretty sure any light that is red quantifies as red light therapy given that its a wavelength of 635-700 nm and not the actual bulb itself. Anything coined as RLT is probably a way to sell cheap products to rich fools.

LEDs are diodes (semiconductors) that emit certain wavelenghts when current flows through them. The cheap ones will work as good as the expensive ones, the expensive ones (joov) are there to scam the rich brainlets. Osram leds will last you longer, etc. but the cheaps one from China will do the same, and maybe last the same.
