1. Grow stubble or a very short beard.
2. Trim your sideburns to the exact same length.

This gives off the impression that your face is longer due to your facial hair and sideburns all being one long connection.

If you are clean shaven, trim your sideburns to stubble level. Even Chico does this sometimes:

Why would you want a short face? Majority of chads, actors and models have a tall face.
