ONE OF THE BEST AND EASIEST WAYS TO STOP PROCRASTINATING:

~ If you have a hard time finding the correct amount of time to do a productive set of actions, then it's most likely due to your procrastination, mental retardation, or simply enough a lack of interest, why? Well, that's because no matter where your target is headed, you don't have a clear view of where the true bullseye is.

How do we determine what that is? :feelswhy:
What have you been doing the past two weeks, what are your 'goals', what should you need to be doing, and what is the imaginary intricacy of the goal at hand?
if you can ask yourself these questions and answer them then you can get by at finishing a goal with ease with a bit of push. What am I heading at? Goals, why? Objectives are the best way to find yourself in a challenge. Now imagine yourself needing to fulfill all of those objectives, what I will mainly set by at is studying, but that'll work for anything else as well.

STUDYING
Studying is complex and boring, until people realize how ridiculously easy it is to shape that otherwise. The key to consistency is precisely goals, which let's imagine a sheet, makes it much easier and retractable than an unclear view in mind, which you can cross off after you finish. The effect this has on motivation aswell will help you score straight A's in every subject. Goal setting theory indicates that there is a positive relationship between setting explicitly high goals and academic performance. When one is committed and invested in setting a goal, no matter the difficulty of the goal, performance is increased and attainment is probable.
Having goals written down provided more self awareness and ownership in the process for academic and psychological growth. Additionally, indirect academic goals may have an effect on academic performance by fostering good study habits.
HOW DO I STUDY?
The effect of creating a mantained environment to study will exponentially raise your concentration leading to a better session in general. The best way to study is NOT WASTING TIME. Simply said, try and maximize efficiency and study with no distractions, a good rule is studying for 45 minutes within the key words and trying to remember it by reasoning. Sleep plays a good part in this aswell. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6335868/)

TLDR; setting goals (motivation) is key to easy success, this is water but I don't see enough talking ab it.

To finish your thread ( :p ). The most efficient way to study is to use a memorisation-testing system. This means that you memorise the information and then test yourself after you have memorised the intended information. This system is meant to be repeated until you have comptently memorised a piece of information. The most effective way to do this is by memorising or testing your knowledge straight from a textbook or given course material. Creating notes or flash cards are a waste of time. If are studying within a practical field such as mathematics then you should test your knowledge through solving maths questions. The use of memory techniques such as memory pegs or method of loci will make the memorisation of information quicker. Also, the following image shows the Ebbinhaus curve of forgetting which tells you how often you should revise study material to retain information long term.
