Been eating 1800 calories to lose some fat. I expect i've ate between 2000 to 3000 cals today. Always feel like shit and think one day will ruin all my progress but in reality one day wont hurt anything ngl.

old pic bro. skinny fat atm, leaning down atm whilst adding muscle. its possible when you have higher bodyfat. not really trying to lose weight but lose some fat.

just do the slow fat losing method its scientifically pretty well supported you can build same amount fo muscle

Youre a newbie right? You can gain muscle easily as a newbie so eating in a deficit is smart to begin with, you'll gain just as much muscle as anybody else.

Yes sir you are correct. Retards think you have to bulk like a fucking fatass to build muscle jfl. I already have some bodyfat on me so i can get away with eating in a deficeit
