Breakfast: fried eggs with bacon. Spinach, garlic, avocado, yellow bell pepper etc. Olive oil (on top of salad). Tabasco for taste.

Dinner: Chicken with steamed broccoli. Little bit of bearnaise sauce for taste.

Snacks: protein shake/small bowl of nuts and seeds (tabasco, cayenne pepper for taste)/boiled eggs.
