If anything, Social media and phones has helped benefit us from cheating.
If your gf goes to a bar and your friend is there watching them and if he's a real friend (fake friends have existed since the dawn of man) will record your girlfriend in the act. Being a whore and will promptly send it to you guess what your friend could've done before social media, phones and cameras.
