This was two separate surgeries by the same surgeon:
1. Bimax for sleep apnea with a subspinal cut for potential future rhinoplasty.
2. Rhinoplasty to improve breathing and bring drooping nose forward.

Rhinoplasty was just last week so I’m still super swollen. Upper lip will go back a bit and eye area redness/swelling will go away. I can post again when swelling is down, and for now I’m obscuring the eye because it looks temporarily horrible and people will just fixate on that.

After the first surgery (bimax), some people on here were like “you were botched” but that’s because the subspinal cut under the nose kept the midface area back.

My opinion: the surgeon did a great job and I ascended from low-tier (some would say incel-tier lol) to mid-tier, based on this forum’s strict standards. (Regular people might even consider me high-tier by now.)

I generally dislike the toxicity on this forum, but I’m posting because some people were genuinely helpful, and maybe my case can be helpful for others in the future!

Thoughts?

Thanks for sharing bro

Good luck on your recovery.

Did you also do your implants in this surgery?

is your philtrum swollen?

Yes very, given it’s one week out. It’ll go down as the upper lip deflates.
ok thats good, currently your chin looks "weak" but after your nose and philtrum swelling goes down i think it will go back to looking good

Is this with the implants from your previous thread?

What bimax did you get specifically? Was it just BSSO?

Looks great, now just need chin implant/fillers and lean down.

Chin is great already (he had genioplasty with his bimax). His upper lip is swolen, which gives the impression of a small chin. Once the swelling dissapears he will look great.

Did you inherit those features from parents or just recombination

Would love an update ngl, mirin' ascension

so was this amended by the rhinoplasty? in other words, did the rhinoplasty move the spine forward. why was it done this way? what was the reason for the subspinal cut, etc.?

holy shit. did you just make this up yourself? it's so hilarious and insightful

I’m legitimately impressed by this ascension and it seems it can still get better. People in .org are like either you go from sub-human to chad or rope, reality is that ascensions around the normie tier can be very impactful. Mirin OP

He did have an insanely good midface implant design posted

https://looksmax.org/threads/check-out-my-infraorbital-malar-implants.644254/

He said there that he would got it with the rhinoplasty (albeit didn't mention it on this post). The midface and additional paranasal projection would make a lot of sense if he got that implant with the rhinoplasty.

Man he did everything perfectly, can't wait to see a pic of him without swelling

looks like he did get it. still curious why they chose to augment ANS via implant than during the bimax. also, yeah, this was a well-executed plan. do you know if he posted his bimax movements anywhere?

i was actually drawing inspiration from this dude a few days ago because i have a bit of that habsburg look atm

No idea if he posted the movements or not. The design looks from @RealSurgerymax (no one else can design something as good as that), so probably it was the best option to design it that way.

Yeah he did perfectly, fixed the jaw and chin recession and the entire midface. His rhinoplasty also looks very blackpilled, even with the swelling the tip doesn't look upturned. Mirin' hard

I thought Eppley. He has some similar designs:
