Don’t really know, I ate 1 banana, 4 carrots, 2 yogurt drinks (70 cals each), an orange, an apple, and will eat some ground beef, eggs and cheese tonight.

Probably around 2k cals overall, not that much tbh since i’m pretty muscular.
