what i have used so far:

mixa anti imperfection serum (Salicylic acid+niacinamide)
My dermatologist also prescribed zindaclin

I try to avoid sugar, oily foods, and minimize dairy products. I only drink water and eat a lot of fruit, and I take vitamins. but I don't have a regular diet

you cant avoid sugar while eating alot of fruits. I recommend eating alot of animal products and checking out these youtube channels: enzohealth, excellent health, face iq. Just research that and decide on what you want to eat because diet is the second most important thing after genetics for acne
