Cheek Fillers Vs Cheek Implants

Can fillers add 5mm projection? My flat recessed cheeks are a huge failo. Otherwise any recommendations on who does men's cheek implants for a relatively low price?

But I've been thinking about getting some fillers just as a test before I decide to get implants so here's a bump.

Also is that you in your pic? I look pretty similar, just a way more ugly & boneless version
