I have maxillary recession yet have high-set cheekbones, not sure that's the case.

Infra-orbital hollowing can be fixed by infraorbital implant, would've been good if this guy got infra-malar to kill two birds with one stone. Also looks like the surgeon projected the sub-malar as opposed to the malar area which is a very feminine look, not to be done on men.

Guy has "cuck" nasolabial folds cus he's like 200 years old. Though you're likely to have those if you're a candidate for implants anyway by means of full maxillary recession, why implants are best done in conjunction with bimax, then they will harmonize well.
