When cheekbiting your lower jaw gets pushed down and kinda to the front because obviously youre biting on your cheek, what kinda surgerys give the same jaw position effect / low iq

What about the jaw being made lower, i feel like this

Would get the job done but require rhinoplasty and maybe give you the horseface look
