Looking to get cheekbone fillers, injected directly onto the bone. Why? Because I have an extremely recessed upper maxilla and I'd like to balance my face out a bit.

Implants aren't an option for a while until I quit sports, and chatgpt is telling me there's minimal risk even if bone fillers get hit they just dissipate and you can get them again.

anyone know how to find a good place to get these kinds of fillers?

chatgpt is telling me there's minimal risk
Did it inform you that the possible migration of synthetic fillers so close to the eyeballs and tearducts could cause permanent blindness?

I previously already asked about that and it said there's a difference between fillers directly on the cheekbone, and the tear trough. That tear troughs are risky, but cheekbones are low risk. Was it lying to me? I will look into it more.

honestly idk man a lot abt cheekbone filler but was thinking of getting but more of like microsculpting then a lot of fillers yk but let me know how it turns out but try avoiding eye area fillers those are soft tissue and they end up having less stabilization the area with the least possibility of migration is the jaw area especially if they have a good filler technuiqe and they do it with good placement

Migration of filler material over time, even from a safely performed professional it’s basically nearly zero chances of it happening form migration the biggest risk is when getting it injected but that’s mostly for the nose and smile lines and eye area
