Yea its possible i do that, but i cant combine fat graft with rhino because my cuck surgeon dont do it. And i want to do fat graft because i see it as a bigger failo. And also i am stuck in braces still i dont know if i want rhino recovery while in braces

I mean fat grafts are superior in someway but it also has the downsides of being prone to some assymetry because the fat resorption can be uneven on both sides. you cant remove fat easy aswell and it wont be gone with time either if it integrate well which is plus and minus.
